Our Work Process

We receive machines on behalf of agents and clients . Please help make this process a simple one.

Drop Off of Machines

When dropping off a machine you need to supply us with a purchase receipt or copy of it so that we can claim warranty if needed. All machines dropped off will have a delivery or receiving note that is proof of us taking in your machine. Once a machine is dropped off – it is handed over to our workshop to evaluate the problem – which can take from one day to 3 days depending on the wait in the workshop – it is then sent for quoting and you will be then emailed, whatapped or call with the cost or problem with the machine.

Workshop-Quoting Process

Once a machine is evaluated from the workshop the following happens :

IF A WARRANTY CLAIM IS NEEDED:

We check if the fault is a warranty fault or not with the respectable product companies – this process can take one day to a week depending on the warranty company.
-if given a warranty coverage, and stock is in hand we will repair or ask the provider to replce the machines (depending on the type of warranty given)
-if not covered under warranty – the client needs to decide whether or not to repair and pay for the repair at the quoted price.

IF WARRANTY CLAIM IS NOT NEEDED:

We request pricing for items needed to repair the machine and then supply a quotation for the machine to the client.

If you choose not to repair the machine whether rejected by warranty or due to any reason a stripping and Quoting fee will apply
From P250 – P1000 – depending on the size or hours spent on the machine.

GO-AHEAD BY CLIENT OR WARRANTY GIVEN

* A machine will only be repaired once a client agrees on the quotation and puts down a 50% deposit for the job . Depending on the stock needed for the machine, most machines can be done within 1-2 days if stock in in-house , however if stock needs to be ordered the client will be informed when the stock arrives

* If a warranty is given , if stock is in-house the repair or replacement letter will be issued within the day.

* No machines will be repaired without a formal go-ahead (through an Email, Whatsapp or signed on the job ard at the office
